NEW MILLENNIUM CONCEPTS, LTD. STANDARD RETURN POLICY
GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
If you contact New Millennium Concepts, Ltd. (“NMCL”) within 30 days of receipt of product to request a Warranty Exchange for a product, a Return Label will be provided to you via email. NMCL must receive original product before any replacement product will be shipped to you, the customer.
If the request is made after the 30 day period has passed, you will be responsible for costs associated with returning the product to NMCL.
All returned product will be hand-inspected by our Returns Center. If the Returns Center determines the product does not qualify for the requested Return Exchange, the Return Exchange can be denied. This decision is made at NMCL’s discretion.
Please allow 7-10 business days to process and ship your order. Additional shipping time will apply.
It is the responsibility of every customer to inspect their product for accuracy and any damage to the product immediately upon receipt. If your product is damaged (such as a scratched or dented chamber), you must contact us within 10 days to qualify for an opportunity to replace the item per the Limited Warranty.
DAMAGED BY CARRIER
If you determine the item to be damaged by the carrier service, please contact the carrier service immediately and complete a damage report. We can file a claim for you only at the carrier’s request.
For orders that are incorrect or missing an item(s), please contact us within 10 days of receiving your product. NMCL is unable to ship or replace product if contacted outside the first 10 days.
For defective products requiring repair or replacement under the terms of our Limited Warranty (including Black Berkey® Purification Elements covered by a prorated two-year Limited Warranty), please visit Berkey® by NMCL Customer Support & Service for troubleshooting tips and Customer Supportcontact information.
Please note: In many instances, products are perceived to be defective or not working properly due to improper installation, rather than actually being “defective”. Using the troubleshooting guide or “tips” section found at the Berkey® by NMCL Customer Support & Service web page may help resolve the issue to enable you to continue using your Berkey® product and/or determine if the product is in fact qualified under the Warranty.
NMCL cannot guarantee authenticity of products purchased from Unauthorized Berkey® Dealers, and therefore does not honor Warranty Claims on products purchased from Unauthorized Berkey® Dealers. It is the consumer’s responsibility to ensure they purchase through an Authorized Berkey® Dealer.
All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will be accepted only for orders that are incorrect, or have damaged, missing or defective items. Defects caused by misuse to the item or improper operation are not covered under this policy.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Order cancellations and refunds can only be processed through the Berkey® Dealer that you purchased from, at their discretion. No exceptions will be made for refund requests.
